Agreement to these Terms

By accessing pinkcallers.com or submitting a discovery request, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the site. Last updated July 18, 2026. Paid services are also governed by any written order, MSA, or statement of work between you and Pink Callers. If there is a conflict, the written client agreement controls for paid services.

Services described on this site

Pink Callers provides dedicated fractional remote CSR coverage, after-hours packages, outbound blocks, and pAIge AI overflow for home service businesses. Website content (pricing examples, calculators, case language, and comparisons) is informational. It is not a guarantee of booking rates, revenue, or specific outcomes. Actual coverage, hours, and fees are confirmed in writing before go-live.

Business use only

This site and our services are intended for commercial / business customers (typically home service contractors). You represent that you have authority to inquire on behalf of your company.

Client responsibilities

If you become a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate scripts, service-area rules, pricing guidance, and CRM access needed to book jobs
• Maintain lawful, non-discriminatory call handling instructions
• Provide any legally required call-recording or privacy notices to your callers where your jurisdiction requires them
• Keep login credentials secure and revoke access when relationships end
• Not use the service for unlawful, harassing, or deceptive communications
• Pay invoices per the agreed schedule; late accounts may pause coverage

Mutual confidentiality

You likewise agree not to misuse Pink Callers confidential materials (internal playbooks, non-public pricing packages, or security details) except as needed to evaluate or use the service.

Website forms & payments

Discovery requests on this site open your email client or use phone/email contact. We do not collect payment card data on this website. Billing for services is handled through agreed invoicing or payment methods outside the public site forms. See the PCI & Payments notice.

Intellectual property

Site design, copy, trademarks (including Pink Callers, Rockstar desk positioning, and pAIge), calculators, and media are owned by Pink Callers or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them for competing services without written permission. Client scripts and CRM data remain the client’s property.

Third-party tools & CRMs

References to ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, and other vendors are for interoperability context. Those brands are trademarks of their owners. Pink Callers is a ServiceTitan Certified Call Center; that credential does not mean endorsement of every claim on this site by those vendors. Integrations depend on your accounts and vendor APIs.

AI features & disclosure

Parts of this site use artificial intelligence. “Ask Pink Callers” and the pAIge assistant are automated AI tools, not a live person. They return answers drawn from this site’s published content and are clearly labeled as an AI assistant before you type a question. AI responses are provided for general information, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are not professional, legal, financial, or contractual advice. Do not submit sensitive personal information, and do not rely on an AI answer as a binding quote or commitment — pricing, coverage, and scope are confirmed by a human in writing. In our paid services, pAIge provides AI overflow that supports (and does not replace) your dedicated human Rockstar. We may use aggregated, de-identified interaction data to improve these features; how we handle personal information and your opt-out rights are described in our Privacy Policy — Your Privacy Choices.

THE SITE AND INFORMATIONAL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Calculators and estimates are models only — not accounting, legal, or financial advice.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PINK CALLERS AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM SITE USE OR SERVICES — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US $100). For paid services, liability caps in your written client agreement control if different.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Pink Callers against claims arising from your misuse of the site, unlawful call instructions, inaccurate scripts you provide, or violation of these Terms or applicable law — except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

Promotional offers

New-customer offers (including the $50 first-week credit) are subject to eligibility, verification, and written confirmation. We may modify or end promotions without notice for future enrollments.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend site access or refuse service for abuse, non-payment, or legal risk. Either party may end paid services per the client agreement. On termination we will revoke desk access to your systems as reasonably practicable.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes arising from the site lies in state or federal courts serving that jurisdiction, unless your written client agreement says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a revised date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
