PCI & Payments Notice
Clear rules so home-service owners never put payment cards through pinkcallers.ai — and so Pink Callers keeps cardholder data off this marketing site.
Last updated July 18, 2026 · For home-service owners and website visitors in the United States
Jump to policy →What this protects
- No card numbers, CVV, or bank accounts on website forms
- Discovery submits via your email app — not a payment gateway
- Billing happens off-site after you agree to coverage
- Do not email full card numbers — use secure billing channels only
Pink Callers does not collect, store, or process payment card data on pinkcallers.ai. Discovery and contact forms never ask for card numbers, CVV, or bank account numbers. Invoices and payments are handled off this website through agreed billing methods.

What this notice covers
This page explains how Pink Callers treats payment card information in connection with pinkcallers.com and our public discovery / contact flows. It is for website visitors and prospective contractor clients evaluating dedicated Rockstar desk coverage.
It does not replace your client agreement, invoice terms, or any Attestation of Compliance (AOC) your counsel may request for a signed engagement.
This website does not handle cardholder data
Pink Callers does not collect, store, process, or transmit payment card data on this website. There is no checkout cart, no card-entry field, and no payment gateway embedded on public pages. Cardholder data (PAN, CVV/CVC, track data, PIN) is out of scope for this static marketing site by design.
- No credit or debit card number fields on any public form
- No CVV, expiration, or billing-ZIP capture for card payments
- No storage of card images, screenshots, or track data in website databases
- Analytics and cookies are not used to capture payment credentials
Forms & discovery
The only public web form on this site is Pink Callers’ HubSpot contact form (also used for partnership inquiries). It collects business contact details so Michelle’s team can map coverage — not so we can bill a card. It is not a payment authorization.
Never paste card numbers into form fields, notes, chat, or email.
Start discovery on Talk to Michelle, open the HubSpot form, or call (888) 325-7465.
How billing works
After you agree to desk coverage, invoices and payments are handled through agreed off-site billing methods (for example, invoicing and payment channels documented in your client agreement — not through a card form on this website).
Pink Callers staff will not ask you to read a full card number over a recorded marketing call as a substitute for those channels. If something feels off, pause and email [email protected].
What not to send
- Full payment card numbers (PAN) in email, SMS, web forms, or CRM notes to us
- CVV / CVC / CID codes
- Photos or scans of cards
- Magnetic-stripe / track data
If a homeowner caller volunteers a card to your Rockstar during a booking, that handling follows your PCI and CRM procedures and tooling — not this marketing website. Keep card capture inside your approved systems.
If card data was sent in error
If you accidentally sent cardholder data to Pink Callers (email, form notes, or SMS):
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] or (888) 325-7465
- Do not resend the card data
- We will guide secure deletion / containment steps and confirm next actions
How we talk about PCI status
This page describes website design and payment practices: we keep cardholder data off pinkcallers.ai. We do not use this page to claim a specific PCI DSS merchant or service-provider level, certification seal, or AOC date.
If you need formal PCI documentation for a signed engagement, ask during discovery and we will route the request through the appropriate commercial / compliance channel. Last policy sync with site legal copy: July 18, 2026.
