Jump to policy →What this protects
- We do not sell personal information
- No payment cards collected on this site
- Client scripts, CRM access, and caller notes stay confidential
- Accept / Decline cookie controls — plus Global Privacy Control honored automatically
Customer protection first. Pink Callers is a ServiceTitan Certified Call Center for home service contractors. When you become a client, we process call and CRM data to book jobs for your business — not to build marketing lists, sell leads, or train public AI models on your customers.
Who this policy covers
Pink Callers (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates pinkcallers.com and related dedicated CSR services. This Privacy Policy applies to:
- Website visitors and people who submit discovery requests
- Business clients (contractors) who purchase Rockstar desk coverage
- Personal information about your callers/customers that we process only as needed to deliver services you authorize
Last updated July 18, 2026. This policy is intended for audiences in the United States.
Information we collect
- Contact & business details you submit — name, company, phone, email, CRM platform, approximate call volume, and notes — via discovery form, email, or phone.
- Usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location from IP, browser type, and referring URL — collected via analytics used to operate and improve the site.
- Communications metadata needed to respond to you (timestamps, thread history on email/phone inquiries).
We do not collect payment card numbers, CVV codes, or full bank account numbers through this website. See the PCI & Payments notice and Legal Notices.
Client operations & caller information
If you engage Pink Callers, you may authorize access to tools such as ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro, plus scripts, service-area rules, pricing guidance, and exception lists. That material is confidential client information.
- We use it only to staff your dedicated Rockstar desk, book and document jobs per your rules, and support quality / training for your assigned coverage.
- We do not sell your client list, caller list, booking history, or CRM exports.
- Homeowner/caller details captured during intake are processed to perform services for you (the business customer). You remain responsible for your own privacy notices to your customers and for lawful call-recording notices where required.
- When the engagement ends, we revoke staff access to your CRM and follow retention rules in your client agreement and below.
How we use information
- Respond to discovery requests and schedule CEO-led calls with Michelle Myers
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve dedicated CSR and pAIge overflow services
- Send service-related communications you request or that are required to run your desk
- Prevent abuse, secure the site, and meet legal obligations
- Measure site performance and improve pinkcallers.ai with analytics
We do not use your client CRM contents or caller conversations to advertise Pink Callers to those callers.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information only with:
- Service providers / processors who host email, infrastructure, security, or analytics — under obligations to protect data and use it only for us
- Your authorized CRM platforms when you grant access so Rockstars can book and note jobs
- Authorities when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security
If a business transfer (merger, acquisition) ever occurs, client confidentiality commitments would transfer with appropriate notice where required.
Cookies & tracking tools
We use cookies and similar technologies for security, preferences, analytics, and measurement/advertising. The specific tools on this site are:
- Google Tag Manager — loads and manages the tags below.
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — how visitors use pinkcallers.ai, so we can improve it.
- Google advertising / conversion tags — measure ad performance and, where enabled, support advertising.
- Call-tracking — attributes phone inquiries to the source that drove them.
- HubSpot — powers the embedded contact form (its own cookies apply inside that form).
We run Google Consent Mode v2. A bottom cookie bar offers Accept (allow analytics and advertising cookies) or Decline (limit to what keeps the site working). For visitors in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, analytics and advertising storage are denied by default until you opt in. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal automatically. Re-open the bar anytime via Your Privacy Choices, or manage cookies through your browser controls.
Your Privacy Choices
You control how your information is used on this site. This section explains the categories of personal information we collect, whether we “sell” or “share” it under California’s CPRA and similar US state laws, and how to opt out.
Categories of personal information we collect
- Identifiers & contact details — name, company, email, phone.
- Commercial / inquiry details — CRM platform, approximate call volume, and notes you submit.
- Internet & device activity — pages viewed, referring URL, browser type, and approximate location from IP, via GA4 / Google Tag Manager and call-tracking.
Do we sell or share your personal information?
We do not sell personal information for money. However, because this site uses Google advertising / measurement cookies, our use of those cookies may be treated as a “sale” or “share” for cross-context behavioral advertising under CPRA and similar laws when those cookies are active. You can turn this off at any time using the choices below — and we never sell or share the confidential client CRM or caller information described above.
How to opt out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising
- On this site: choose Decline on the cookie bar, or open Your Privacy Choices to reopen it.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): if your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we automatically treat it as an opt-out of advertising cookies — no extra step needed.
- By request: email [email protected] or call (888) 325-7465.
Your rights
Depending on your state, you may have the right to:
- Know / access the personal information we hold about you
- Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising (see above)
- Non-discrimination — we will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised these rights
To submit a request, email [email protected] or call (888) 325-7465. We will verify your identity as required and respond within the time applicable law allows. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization. Last updated July 18, 2026.
Your US privacy rights
The Your Privacy Choices section above describes your rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out, and how to exercise them. Requests go to [email protected]; you will not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.
Business clients requesting deletion of operational CRM-linked records may need a coordinated offboarding plan so we do not disrupt active booking obligations mid-term.
Payment security
This website does not collect or process payment cards. There are no credit-card, CVV, or bank-account fields anywhere on pinkcallers.ai, and no card data is transmitted to or stored by this site. Billing for dedicated-desk services is handled separately through agreed invoicing or a payment processor outside the public site, so cardholder data never touches these web pages. See the PCI & Payments notice for details. If you are ever asked to enter card details on a page of this website, do not — it is not a legitimate Pink Callers request.
Retention & security
We retain inquiry and client data only as long as needed for the purposes above, client contracts, quality assurance, and legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a remote CSR operation — including access limited to staff supporting your desk. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Security incident notice
If we become aware of a security incident that compromises your personal information or confidential client data in our possession, we will investigate promptly and notify affected business contacts without unreasonable delay, consistent with applicable law and your client agreement.
Children
This site is for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
