- Skip links to content and footer
- Visible keyboard focus on controls
- prefers-reduced-motion respected
- Two-business-day barrier response target
ADA-minded, WCAG-oriented. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for first-party pages on pinkcallers.com. Last updated July 18, 2026. This statement covers the public marketing site — not third-party CRMs or phone systems you use with our desks.
Our commitment
Core owner tasks on this site should be completable with assistive technology: reading services and compare guides, running CRO calculators, requesting discovery with Michelle, and calling Pink Callers. When we find a barrier, we prioritize fixes that unblock those paths.
Measures we take
- Skip links — “Skip to content” and “Skip to footer” on every page; main content
is a single
<main>landmark that receives focus after skip - Landmarks & headings — header, main, footer, and labeled navigation; page titles and section headings in a logical order
- Keyboard access — interactive controls are reachable by keyboard; mobile menu closes with Escape and returns focus; mega menus open on focus; calculator and desk walkthrough tabs support arrow keys
- Visible focus — pink focus rings on links, buttons, form fields, tabs, and sticky conversion actions
- Forms — labeled discovery fields, required attributes, error text tied to fields
with
aria-invalid/aria-describedby, and status messages announced politely - Motion — decorative animation and scroll reveals honor
prefers-reduced-motion; auto-advancing desk steps pause on focus or hover - Images — meaningful images carry text alternatives; decorative media is hidden from assistive tech where appropriate
- Cookie notice — dialog with labeled actions, focus move on open, Tab cycle inside the dialog, Escape to dismiss when reopened from Privacy Choices
- Color — primary text and CTAs use the Pink Callers ink / lime / pink system with contrast checked for body copy and buttons (we do not rely on color alone for meaning)
- New-tab links — external credit links announce that they open in a new tab
Standards & conformance status
Target: WCAG 2.2 Level AA for first-party pages we control. The site is actively improved; we do not claim perfect conformance on every archived blog embed or third-party player. Conformance is evaluated through keyboard testing, assistive-tech spot checks, and remediation of reported barriers.
Known limitations
We know these areas may fall short of the same standard as primary conversion pages:
- Embedded third-party media (for example, YouTube) controlled by the vendor player
- Older archived Learning Center HTML that may need heading or link cleanup
- Complex calculator UIs — usable by keyboard, but dense; tell us if a control is unclear
We prioritize barriers that block reading services, running calculators, or contacting Michelle.
Report a barrier
If you encounter a barrier or need information in an alternate format, contact us. Please include the page URL, your browser / assistive technology if known, and a short description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge within two business days.

Compatibility
The site is intended to work with current major browsers and common assistive technologies (screen readers, browser zoom to 200%, voice control). For the best experience, keep your browser and assistive technology up to date. Zoom and reflow are supported; sticky conversion bars are sized for touch targets on small screens.
Formal complaints
US visitors may also have rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and related state or federal laws. We welcome the chance to resolve issues directly before formal complaints. You may also contact the U.S. Department of Justice ADA information line or a state protection and advocacy organization for guidance on rights and filing options.
